Registration for State Fair Competitions will be online, see below for instructions. Registration for Admission to the fair is a separate procedure that must be completed. Click here to download the Admission Ticket Order Form. Ride Tickets are separate this year, click here for information.

Registration Instructions:

To make this process easier, you may want to print these instructions.

1. Click here to login to your Control Panel. If you have forgotten your password, there is a line under the login that says forgot password click here.

2. Click State Fair Registration.

3. Click on the Competition that you are registering a student for. Please verify your contact information, if it needs to be changed, there is a link at the end of the line in red click the word here and change the information.

4. Under the heading Add a team (or Add a contestant) enter the students First Name in the First Name line and the Last Name in the Last Name line. You must fill out each name box. If the competition is a team contest, there will be a space for each competitor's First and Last Name. When you are finished adding the contestant or team, click submit.

5. You will then see that contestant or team listed on the page. If you need to make changes to spelling or change the name altogether, you can do that directly in the boxes that list the names. If you must make changes, do so and click submit. You will see the changes reflected.

6. If you wish to add another contestant or team (and if restrictions permit you to do so) you will see the area to add them beneath the recently registered students. Repeat steps 4 and 5, if you are finished adding competitors to that competition, click Finish.

7. You will then be directed to the invoice for that competition. Click print. Invoices are for individual instructor and individual contests. If you wish enter students in another competition, click "Back to Competitions". If you are finished, click "Log Out"
